1. Educational and coaching purpose

Tamil Postpartum Coach provides educational content, guided movement and coaching support relating to postpartum recovery, fitness and wellbeing. It does not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions and is not a substitute for individual medical examination, diagnosis, treatment or emergency care from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Seek appropriate medical advice for severe, new or worsening symptoms, questions about medication or treatment, or where you have been advised to obtain medical clearance before exercise.

2. Eligibility and account use

The service is intended for adults who are legally able to create an account and participate in the programme. You are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting your login credentials. Accounts are personal and must not be shared to give another person access to protected programme content.

3. Registration review and complimentary trial

New users create an account and complete the required onboarding step without needing to choose a paid programme duration first. The coaching team reviews the registration before complimentary trial access is activated.

The seven-day trial begins when the team activates trial access, not simply when the account is created. After the trial, users can arrange either the three-month or six-month programme with the coaching team and have continued access activated manually.

4. Programme access

Continued programme access after the trial is activated and managed by the Tamil Postpartum Coach team. Once activated, access continues until the recorded programme end date unless it expires, is cancelled, is suspended for a legitimate account/security reason or is otherwise ended in accordance with these Terms.

Programme access does not automatically renew through this website.

5. Programme fees and payments

The website does not currently provide online checkout, recurring billing or automatic subscription payment processing. Where a programme fee applies, the amount and payment arrangement may be communicated directly by the coaching team outside the website.

Any direct payment arrangement may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of payment and to the Refund & Cancellation Policy, together with applicable consumer rights.

6. Programme content and intellectual property

Videos, documents, graphics, text and other protected programme materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use during valid access. Programme access does not transfer ownership of those materials.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly publish, upload, commercially exploit, screen-record or share protected content without permission from the relevant rights holder.

7. Chat and group conduct

The platform may provide private chats and administrator-created groups for programme support. Be respectful, do not impersonate others, do not share another person's private information without permission, and do not use chat for unlawful, abusive or harmful activity. Group members may see messages, participant names and earlier group history.

Chat support does not guarantee an immediate response and must not be used as an emergency medical service.

8. Acceptable use and account security

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, gain unauthorised access to accounts or administrative functions, distribute malicious software, scrape protected content, interfere with the service or use the platform for unlawful activity.

Accounts or programme access may be blocked, suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary for security, serious misuse, fraudulent activity, account sharing or a material breach of these Terms.

9. Service and programme changes

Lesson order, resources, features and programme delivery may be updated over time to maintain or improve the service. Temporary interruptions may also occur because of maintenance, internet issues or third-party infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Results and health disclaimer

Individual recovery, fitness, comfort and programme outcomes vary. No specific health, fitness, recovery, weight, pain or personal result is guaranteed by participating in Tamil Postpartum Coach.

11. Privacy and account requests

Information about how personal data is handled appears in the Privacy Policy. Users can update certain account details, manage optional email preferences and submit an account/data deletion request through Profile. Some records may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for security, legal or operational reasons.

12. Liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tamil Postpartum Coach and those involved in operating the service are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability, consumer protection or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Changes, applicable law and contact

These Terms may be updated as the programme, platform or applicable requirements change. The current revision date will appear at the top of this page. These Terms remain subject to applicable law and consumer protections. More specific operator or jurisdiction information may be added before wider commercial operation if required.
